PECHAKUCHA PRESENTATION

There will be a specially designated time for participants to introduce themselves during the contact seminar. We are using a modified PechaKucha presentation model for that.

Each participant will have an opportunity to present themselves using 3 IMAGES (slides).

The slides will be projected on screen and each participant will have 20 seconds talking time for each slide, which means 60 seconds in total for presentation. Images (slides) will change automatically.

  • You will be introducing yourself with the first image. While thinking what you'll be saying during presentation - 20 seconds are too long for just name and occupation, think through what else would you like people to know about you: some fun facts, personality traits, unusual hobby, habit etc.

  • You will be introducing your organization with the second image. If the building you are working in is gray and dull, find image, that represents your working atmosphere, "soul" of the organisation you are working for.

  • With the third image you'll have an opportunity to present your project idea (if you have one) or explain, what kind of project you would be interested to take part in.

All the presentations will be compiled together according to seating arrangements. After your presentation, you'll pass the microphone to the next presenter who is sitting at your table.

While preparing your slides please use Standard slide (4:3 aspect ratio) used by Microsoft software. Apple uses by default a Widescreen (16:9) setting, so be sure to change that.

Please use ONLY images, not text.

While choosing images, use your imagination and inject some fun and associative process into it. Your goal is to be memorable and stand out from the crowd.

You can take a look at our SAMPLE PRESENTATION, but please don't use the same images, it'll be very boring as everybody have already seen those.
